    Information We Collect

    • We collect the passports, driver's licenses, and other information for authentication and account access. At DR, you can only customize a ring for your only love. We verify ID for each account and are bound to one's only love forever. The name must not be changed or deleted. If the verification result shows that you have not purchased a DR diamond ring before, you can't buy any of the other products; Otherwise, you can buy other jewelry except for the diamond ring.
    • Payment Data. We collect data necessary to process your payment if you make a purchase, including your payment instrument number (such as a credit card number or information identifying your financing account), and the security code and expiration date associated with your payment instrument.
    • Profile Data. We collect your interests, favorites, wish lists, ring size preferences, and other profile data.
    • We collect data about your contacts to fulfill a request by you. For example, when you e-mail a product to a friend or refer a friend through the Service, we request that you provide names and e-mail addresses for you and your friend. This helps ensure that your friend will know that you have requested that DR send them an e-mail. The information DR collects from you and your friend will only be used in ways as outlined in this Privacy Policy. By using this functionality, you acknowledge and agree that you have your contacts’ consent for us to use their contact information to fulfill your request.
    • We collect the content of messages you send to us, such as feedback and product reviews you write, questions and information you provide to customer support, or comments and content that you may post on social media channels. For example, if you contact a customer service representative or jewelry consultant and provide information to the consultant or submit a request through our Service, we will use your information to respond to your request and to provide you with additional information that we believe may be helpful to you. We may also collect content such as photos, videos, or other content that you submit to us.
    • Employment Data. We collect data as necessary to consider you for a job opening if you apply to us, including your employment history, resume, transcript, responses to questions listed on our job applications, or other forms related to your application for employment, writing samples, and references.

    Information About Use of the Services. We may collect information about your devices and information about your use of the Services and online activity. such as browser type and version, the operating system of your device and language, country, as well as areas in the website you visit most frequently and when. We also automatically collect the Internet Protocol (“IP”) address associated with your device when you visit our website. We may also collect other information about your devices, such as the browser ID and device ID. If you use our mobile app or access the Site from a mobile device, we may collect additional information, such as device information (such as your mobile device ID, model, and manufacturer), operating system, version information, carrier-related information, including the name of your wireless carrier, and IDs related to the cell phone hardware in your phone as well as the network to which the device is connected, mobile phone number, application-specific and instance-specific identifiers, and location information, as further described in this Privacy Policy. In the event we may collect precise information about the location of your device, we will obtain your consent as required by law.     How We Use Information

    We will only use your data when the law allows us to do so and rely on a relevant basis for lawful processing in each instance. We will use your data in the following circumstances, relying based on the processing indicated:

    To Provide and Manage the Services You Request. If you provide us with personal information, we will retain and use that information to provide you with the products or services you use or request.  We may also use personal information to analyze, improve, and customize your experience with our products and services, including the Services.

    To Contact You. We may use your personal information to respond to questions that you may submit to us via the Services or to communicate with you about our services, and promotions, such as e-mailing press releases, association announcements, and industry-related information. If you provide a resume to us through the Services, we may retain your resume in our files to contact you for current or future job openings.

    To Better Understand Our Users. We may use the information we gather to determine which areas of the Services are most frequently visited to understand how to enhance the Services.

    Information We Share

    We do not disclose personal information we collect about you, except as described in this Global Privacy Notice. We share personal information with service providers who perform services on our behalf based on our instructions. We do not authorize these service providers to use or disclose the information except as necessary to perform services on our behalf or comply with legal requirements. Examples of these service providers include entities that process credit card payments, manage and reduce our credit risk, verify information, fulfill orders, and provide web hosting, analytics, and marketing services.

    We will disclose your information to the public with your agreement. Based on the basic concept that only one DR man can be customized in his lifetime, we can provide the public inquiry function of the user's purchase information record and true love certificate, but the opening of this function may lead to the disclosure of your name, purchase product information and purchase time and other purchase record information, here please consider carefully and decide whether to open the inquiry function. If you choose to open the inquiry function, we will verify that the inquirer has obtained your authorization using name + country + email verification code, if the verification is passed, we will disclose whether you have purchased DR products information. You can turn off this function at any time by contacting us.

    In addition, we may disclose information about you if we are required to do so by law or legal process,  to law enforcement authorities or other government officials, and when we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to prevent physical harm or financial loss, or in connection with an investigation of suspected or actual fraudulent or illegal activity. We also reserve the right to transfer personal information we have about you in the event we sell or transfer (or contemplate the sale or transfer of) all or a portion of our business or assets (including in the event of a merger, acquisition, joint venture, reorganization, divestiture, dissolution or liquidation).


    Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies

    We and third parties that provide content, advertising, or functionality on our Services may use cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies to facilitate administration and navigation on the Services, to better understand and improve the Services, to provide you with a customized online experience, and to determine and/or improve the advertising shown to you here or elsewhere, including by combining information about your use of one device with information about your use of other devices.     Based on the basic concept that DR men can only customize one piece per lifetime and the purchase rules, we need to permanently retain your order information (including information about the grantee). Besides, your photos will be saved to the database of a third-party organization, to verify your identity and transaction information to fulfill your true love commitment. We will ensure that your personal information is kept fully secure.
    If you do not agree to us retaining your information permanently, you may not agree with our basic philosophy, purchase rules, and registration agreement and we regret that we are unable to provide you with our products and services.

    Transfer of Data

    Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to - and maintained on - computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.

By accessing this website, you and DR agree that the laws of the People's Republic of China (without regard to conflict of laws) will apply to all matters relating to the use of this website. In addition, you agree to submit any dispute arising out of the use of this website to the People's Court of Luohu District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province for adjudication.
