2. What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping within America, Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia, Taiwan (China) is FREE, shipping for international orders will be calculated at checkout. International customers will also be responsible for any duties, VAT, or taxes charged by their country. All orders are shipped fully insured through UPS/FedEx/DHL Express services with Signature Confirmation.
3. How long will it take to ship the order?
The production time for each ring is about 16+ business days because each ring is made per size and order. Allow an additional 5-10 business days for Express shipping.
4. Can I change my shipping address?
We can only support address changes within 48 hours, provided that your order hasn’t been processed for shipping yet. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we are unable to guarantee any changes to your order once it has been submitted - but we will do our best to accommodate you. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible via email at clientcare@darryring.com.
5. Is my order insured in transit?

If you are not sure about your ring size, you can contact our customer service to get a free DR Ring Sizer.
2. What should I do if I'm in between ring sizes?
If your measurement is between two sizes, we recommend that you choose the larger size.
3. Can I find out my partner's size without them knowing?
a. Use one of your partner's other rings to get a size approximation
Use this ring to trace the inner circle on paper, measure the diameter of this circle, take that number times 3.14 to find the circumference of the ring. Compare the circumference to Darry Ring Size Chart to find your partner's size.
b. Ask the help of your partner's friends to determine ring size
Ask the friend to take your partner shopping, when they pass a jewelry store, the friend coincidentally suggest to visit it, and ask your partner try rings on, then your partner will get professionally sized.
c. Size her finger while she sleep
This is also a good idea if your partner has deep sleep. While your partner is in Sleeping Beauty mode, use our free Ring Sizer to gently measure her finger.
4. Can I modify the size after placing the order?
Of course, you can modify the size at any time by contacting our customer service before your order is shipped. It is important to note that each diamond ring from Darry Ring is custom made, and if the size is modified during the process, the customization period will be extended.
5. What should I do if I find that it is not the right size after receiving the ring?
Darry Ring provides one time free resizing service, but the shipping cost needs be borne by the customer.
6. What happens when my ring is resized?
To maintain the integrity of the ring, resizing is limited to within 3 sizes. Due to the loss of gold material in the process of resizing, the total weight of the ring may be reduced, as shown in the table below:

Our commitment to you does not end at delivery. We offer the following services to make your return experience as pleasant as possible:
At DR, we offer a 15-day free return/exchange service, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return/exchange within 15 days after signing for the product.
Returned merchandise must be undamaged and in "new and unused condition" to be deemed acceptable for return or exchange. We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange if we believe the items purchased are intentionally damaged or have been misused. We are not responsible for return shipping charges, and the original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

2. How long will the return/exchange process take?
After we receive the returned order, our Quality Assurance department will inspect and verify the condition of the item. Returns take approximately seven business days to process upon receipt of the item. Refunds will be issued via the method of payment used in the original purchase.
3. Am I responsible for the return/exchange shipping fees?
At this time, we do not offer free return/exchange shipping for any orders or refunds on customs or duties.
1. Can I Upgrade My DR Diamond?
DR is proud to offer a free lifetime natural diamond upgrade on our engagement ring series. If you want to upgrade your ring, the new one to be upgraded must be on the official website, and the price cannot be lower than 1.3 times the current price of the original product. After confirming the upgrade, you only need to make up the difference.
2. I have resized my ring once before, can I do it again?
We only offer one complimentary resize, but may be able to resize your ring a second time for a fee. Please reach out to clientcare@darryring.com for assistance.
3. Can I change styles for free?
We support free replacement styles within 15 days, if the price of the replaced product is higher than the original product, you need to make up the difference.
1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as Paypal.
2. I tried to place an order, but my payment did not go through. However, I checked my credit card statement and I see a pending charge from the store. What happened?
This is a common issue that happens to many customers. If you did not get an order confirmation email, that means your order did not go through. The pending charge on your credit or debit card just means that our system attempted to charge your card. Please give it 48 hours and that charge will disappear and the money will go back on your card.

DR provides secure and safe outer packaging for every customer, your DR ring will be packed in an elegant and romantic gift box, so that you can better prepare your surprises. The package shipped to you includes the following items: An exquisite True Love Gift Box, a DR white ring box containing your stunning diamond ring, a DR True Love Agreement, diamond certificates (GIA/NGTC/IGI), and invoice.
1. Why do I need to authenticate?
At Darry Ring, you can only customize a ring for your only love. We verify ID for each account and are bound to one's only love forever. The name must not be changed or deleted. Accordingly, you must upload your passport, driver’s license or other photo ID.
2. Can I purchase another DR diamond ring after I have completed my order?
a. The Engagement Ring Collection: one diamond ring can only be purchased once in a lifetime, no repeat purchases are supported, signifying the one true love of a lifetime.
b. Wedding Bands collection: available for direct purchase for the first time and supports repeat purchases.
c. Other collections: can only be purchased after ordering a engagement ring or wedding band, and repeat purchases are supported.
1. Does Darry Ring store the user's ID document?
Darry Ring does not store your identity document. The data we collect only includes your name, dob, and photo identification. The identity document is only used to ensure that the person buying our product is the person he/she claims to be. We do not store the document itself. All your personal info, including the ID document are permanently removed from our server, once the relevant information is extracted.

Our diamonds are graded and certified by the world-renowned diamond laboratories GIA, IGI and NGTC.
a. GIA: Established in 1931, Gemological Institute of America is the world’s foremost authority on diamonds, colored stones, and pearls.
b. IGI: International Gemological Institute is the largest organization of its kind, operating 20 laboratory locations around the world grading finished jewelry, natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds and gemstones.
c. NGTC: National gemological training center is under the authority of the Gemstone and Jewelry Management Center of the Ministry of Natural Resources of China.
2. Are any of DR's diamond products certified by GIA, IGI and NGTC ?
Please note that not all diamond products have all three certificates at the same time.
a. GIA certificate: For round diamonds of 30 points and above, and fancy shape diamonds of 1 carat and above.
