    Shipping Rates

    Shipping within Taiwan(China), Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, United States is FREE on all DR products. For other countries or regions, the shipping cost calculation rule is base shipping cost + 0.2% of the product price. The basic logistics costs are shown in the table.

    Please note that products shipped internationally may not be in accordance with destination country or region standards, specifications, and labeling requirements. The customer is responsible for determining that products can be lawfully and legally imported into the destination country or region.

     

    Shipping Time

    All orders are shipped fully insured through UPS / FedEx / DHL Express services with Signature Confirmation. Please note the production time for each ring is 25+ business days or less because each ring is made per size and order. To check the shipping time, please see the form below

    Customs, Duties & Taxes

    Prior to receiving your DarryRing order, the customs office of the destination country may apply customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges. Customs policies vary depending on country. All charges required for customs clearance will be the responsibility of the recipient.

    Shipping Policies

    For your protection, DR always:

    1. Insures and registers all items for their full value.

    2. Requires that all deliveries are made to a physical business or home address only.

    PS: The charges are based on the pricing range of overseas courier charges, and any excess will be paid by DR first, and you might pay the related charges after you receive the goods. If you have any objections to the related charges, you can contact us.

     

    Return Policy

    Our commitment to you does not end at delivery. We offer the following services to make your return experience as pleasant as possible:

    At DR, we offer a 15-day no-excuse return and exchange service, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 15 days after signing for the product.

    Please note that to be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging and accompanying materials, the packing slip, all diamond certificates, and after-sale service card (include name, address, phone, email, item, and service details), and shipped back to us within 5 days. Shipping fees and Customize fees are non-refundable.

    Non-Refundable Items

    • Returns without a DR Return Merchandise Authorization will be refused upon receipt. Returns with missing paperwork or product will not be processed.
    • Special orders are final sales and are not eligible for return or exchange.
    • Shipping fees and Customize fees are non-refundable.

    How To Return An Order

    • If you would like to change or cancel an order please contact Jewelry Consultant at Email (clientcare@darryring.com.). We will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible before shipping confirmation. Some changes will result in a shipping delay. We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on special order requests or orders that have already shipped. If your order has already shipped, please contact us to set up a merchandise return once you have received the shipment.
    • Complete order return/exchange: there are no service fees for the return/exchange of your jewel(s). But exchange only supports the replacement of the same series of products, refunding the overcharge, and demanding payment of the shortage. You should send the product(s) by post, paying the shipping costs, insurance fee, and possible customs fees related to the shipment.
    • Ensuring your return shipment for its full purchase value is strongly recommended. We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles.

     

    After Your Return Is Received

    After we receive the returned order, our Quality Assurance department will inspect and verify the condition of the item. Returns take approximately seven business days to process upon receipt of the item. Refunds will be issued via the method of payment used in the original purchase.
